Helping men, fathers, football clubs and communities to thrive through mental health and wellbeing support

Championing Mental Health & Wellbeing Support Across Our Communities

How We Can Help

Projects

Funded projects include  'Wellbeing Champions' supporting grassroots sports clubs, 'Dads Together' which is our father and baby/toddler group, and 'Dads Together: The First Step', our parenting programme just for dads.

Our 'Thriving Me' programme for schools is coming very soon!

Events

Bringing men together and giving them the opportunity to connect and talk is vital. Our events allow men to be themselves, learn new skills and participate in classes and workshops, all designed to support and empower.

Every Mind Project

We strive to support in every way possible. Through this fundraising campaign, we want to support communities and individuals by providing early intervention sessions and programmes as well as a fast, free route to talking therapies.

Our Mission & Values

Our Minds Together CIC is a not-for-profit organisation passionate about creating compassionate and inclusive communities.

We support the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people, and of men and fathers, working across schools, sports clubs and communities in Wales. From in-school programmes that help children build emotional literacy and resilience, to support networks for fathers and expectant fathers, to mental health champions embedded in football clubs — our work meets people at different life stages with the same aim:

helping them feel seen, supported and empowered, and giving them the strategies to take ownership of their own wellbeing.

We believe in prevention through understanding and connection. Our programmes are designed to reach people early — before difficulties take hold — through relevant, accessible training, support and projects delivered where people already are: in classrooms, at sports clubs, and within their communities.

Our core values of community, compassion and empowerment guide everything we do.
